The project was built on the land of 3.900m2, including two five - floored apartments with 8.400m2 building area, 108 self-contained apartments, each room with area of 35-57m2 is modernly designed to ensure ventilation of natural lighting.

All of the apartments will be sold in forms of business to businesses to rent or buy back, the workers, for low-income people to rent or buy directly.

With the advantage of building in the municipality with complete technical infrastructure and design, construction and materials are provided by member units of Viglacera. The project will be expected to complete and put into use before Chinese New Year (2010). The price will be less than 5 million VND/m2, which means that there will be some apartment with the price under VND 150 million.

In early 2009, Viglacera has started construction of accommodation and services for workers in Yen Phong Industrial Zone, meeting the accommodation need for more than 1000 workers working in the industry.

As the role of contractor to provide construction materials, Viglacera also involved in the housing project for 5,000 students in Long Hoa - Bac Kinh urban area in Bac Ninh city.
